Mythically, Karna was put down by Kripacharya, Bhima and most royals but built the Hastinapur empire and almost won Kauravas the war. Chanakyacrafted the largest Indian empire and drafted the theory of economics after Dhanananda chided him for his appearance. Gandhiji rallied us to freedom after being thrown out of a train. Mithun after being taunted for colour, diction and looks, powered to 3 national awards and statuses of highest tax-payer and 1^st to the 100 cr movie club in India. While initial students stayed away from his facial paralysis, Baba Ramdev has motored with Patanjali, the largest Yogpeeth and an FMCG empire that challenges century old MNCs, and he’s just about started.

We see that in OfBusiness too – many OfBians who started low, but channelled their anger to create magic! A metro educated, Brit qualified trader trumping up to the top of sales. An accountant new to sales, selling the most amongst us today. Two young men from unrelated fields who inherited a broken, fragmented south BU, making it half of our revenue. A young man, by appearance straight out of college, leading the entire organization to profitability! And they all started low. As an organization, we were the “500^th NBFC, 1,000^th Fin-Tech” but now making our numbers speak.

If an OfBian is wounded, he would prefer to stay so; it’s his source of strength. He starts slow, doesn’t mind a blow and makes his delivery show!
