The company has also entered into the manufacturing of private labelling and contract manufacturing to further enhance profitability, ensure timely deliveries, and maintain a competitive pricing strategy.

The company's integrated approach and alignment begins with the sourcing of business opportunities.

OfBusiness' AI-enabled platform - BidAssist, provides access to about 50 million government tenders and documents for bidding – processing 25 million data points annually for its clients, which includes about 2 million SMEs. These tenders and documents can be segregated, as per the requirements, by incorporating relevant keywords. This helps SMEs and other companies pick relevant tenders to apply, network, and grow their businesses not just in India but also overseas.

Further, the company's AI-enabled platform – Nexizo.AI, helps SMEs with real-time commodity prices of materials and the availability of materials at competitive pricing.

Together they form the first source of the business expansion model.

The requirement of raw materials is then addressed by OfBusiness – in metals, chemicals, agri-products, and apparel. OfBusiness also provides a unique transparent platform where SMEs and other companies can choose between materials manufactured by either OfBusiness or even by other companies.

In the case of working capital requirements, Oxyzo, the financial services arm of OfBusiness, provides structured working capital, tailored to the specific needs of SMEs and other companies.

OfBusiness connectivity in 26 States and 7 UTs in India is helping SMEs and other companies receive and transport their raw materials and finished goods safely while monitoring every movement of the transport digitally.

On average, OfBusiness engages with about 4000 transporters to deliver over 150,000 consignments every year, traveling a distance of about 65 million kilometers and delivering about 7 million tonnes of materials. All the consignments are tracked in real-time and shared with clients to ensure timely delivery of materials.

This integrated business model has resulted in operational efficiencies for SMEs and other companies, particularly those operating in Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities.

The company exports materials, including finished goods, to about 15 foreign countries – including Australia, UK, France, Dubai, Germany, Brazil, Malaysia, and Vietnam.
