While India returns to normalcy post pandemic and celebrates the emergence of light over darkness amid the festival of lights; we Ofbians, do not shy away from bringing back the culture of workplace Diwali celebrations and stand by our spirit of  “Once an Ofbian, Forever One”.

The long wait for this time of the year ends and excitement amongst Ofbians can be felt even through laptop screens. Be it the ethnic attire, bay decor, diyas and candle art, rangoli making, distributing gifts or Diwali themed activities – everyone’s got a smile on when this festival brings in so much positivity at work. Welcoming Goddess Lakshmi in the office, this beautiful festival of lights gives the chance of setting new targets, overcoming the challenges of work-life and fostering employees engagement. The most exciting part of this festival is the aura of shining and sparkling decorations all around. Lighting up the workstations with colourful lanterns, flowers and rangoli designs bring out the hidden creative side of various teams. Seeing employees in ethnic attire instills festive vibes in the office.
