Whose problem is it?

Amidst Covid-19, the doomsday, everyone predicts, is here. Businesses are possibility going to run with little revenue and costs will have to borne or cut down swiftly to maintain liquidity. Assets will be stuck, as liabilities have to be served to keep the firm going.

In these unprecedented times, this is a huge burden: first to think in the best interest of the firm and then implement with unanimity. Most firms will have their Founder/ CXO suite and a few key leaders doing it. As their moves will be conservative and restrictive, there will be backlash and critique.

Not ideal. Not for us at OfBusiness.

We, at OfBusiness, believe that it’s the collective ownership of the organization, both senior and junior, that will tide us over this phase. No #OFBian needs to go because there has been a pandemic for they are the ones who will help us overcome it. They will iron out every cost and scrounge every penny of revenue (albeit with all the health constraints being strictly abided by). They are the ones who will unite to deliver and survive gloriously with stories to tell. As inter-personal differences and needless overheads are forgotten and system creates new measures for efficiency, the firm will emerge stronger after the storm. For all storms go away.
