First Week:

I joined OfBusiness. The weather had taken a toll on my health, but the mercury level of excitement was sky-high, and the warm and friendly welcoming team made me feel comfortable. In the next couple of weeks, I realized I belonged to a super-talented

Two Years:

“Powerful Leaders Make Places Powerful”

With baby steps, I have completed two years in this organization, and not only have I grown as a professional but also as an individual. In the last two years, I’ve made good friends and have met charismatic leaders (when they address a team they continue to reignite the spark and motivate you to do your best). I consider myself fortunate enough to have encountered such talented, inspiring, and enthusiastic leaders, whom I’ve always found committed to excellence.

Key Projects by team:

In the last two years, we have delivered a lot of the key products and features & Branding for the organization. Some of you are using these on a day-to-day basis.

When I joined the design team, we had to revamp the entire Sales application and Buyer application. This is the biggest project and longest project we have worked on. There are a lot of scenarios and stakeholders but Thanks to the Product team and Tech team, we could roll out a very neat product even with most of the people working remotely.

At present, the design team is working on the major workflows on Oxyzo to increase productivity & efficiency by reducing manual dependency and making processes faster to drive business growth.

In addition to this, we continue to make continuous changes to the Bidassist user experience and performance with the aim to make it the best tender portal for SMEs to discover new opportunities.

What keeps me going:

I believe we all have the capabilities to learn, unlearn, and relearn things. That’s how we discover the gaps and improvise. If we stop learning, we stop moving. And if we stop moving, that’s when our competitors can get ahead.
